I still remember the first nutrition lesson that Rachel taught me. In college, she needed volunteers for a study on calorie perception. I measured different sizes of cereal (i.e. 1 cup) and what I would normally pour for a normal breakfast. I sadly learned that I was WAY off in my measurements, and that lesson stuck with me. For the next #for30more giveaway, Rachel wants to help you.

She’s donating either a prepared recipe or grocery store tour. If you go with the recipe, you can choose from one of 85 recipes on her blog and she’ll prepare it for you, or you can opt to go on a grocery tour with her where she’ll teach you all about nutrition.

To win:

  • Donate! (If you’ve already donated, no need to donate again.)
  • Share via social! The more platforms you share on, the more chances you have to win. Include #for30more + the link to Katharine’s Fundly page: bit.ly/for30more. Something like: “I’m supporting #for30more & entered to win a healthy meal or grocery tour from @Rachel_Druck! Donate/share: bit.ly/for30more #cysticfibrosis”
  • Use more hashtags for more chances to win: #cysticfibrosis #takethatCF #cureCF
