Today is Day 2 of the #elf4health challenge. Yesterday was Meatless Monday, which I didn’t follow completely. We had leftover BBQ pork from Sunday’s crockpot and I wasn’t going to let it go to waste. Plus, no cooking! Soo, maybe 1/2 point. (Oh, and go check out my elf’s blog, Sweaty Girl, Fur-Covered World!)
Today is all about unsubscribing to emails. I used a service called unroll.me to find all of the emails that I subscribed to—all 378 of them! It took less than 10 minutes to choose which ones I wanted to keep. (Why do I get emails from Pottery Barn? I can’t afford that.)
And, in the spirit of health, I skipped lunch yesterday and went to the gym at 4pm (thanks, Hallie!). I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and then this new workout created by Fit Fab Cities:
(I started at the 4-minute point since I’d already done the cardio portion.) I thought it wouldn’t be too bad, but it was definitely much tougher than I anticipated! I only did one round because I had to get back to the office, but I’m feeling the burn today.
Tomorrow’s #elf4health challenge is actually to try a new workout. Any that you suggest?

Thanks for including my post! I love the idea of the 5-4-3-2-1 challenge.
